1.How questions and answers are written
Interviewplus questions and answers are written with the help of AI language models. For each profession and topic, we generate questions at three experience levels (junior, mid and senior) and an answer for each question that explains the key points an interviewer would expect to hear.
Our team adds, edits and removes questions using our content tools. Each topic page shows, under the title, the date it was last updated: when questions were added to it or when the page content changed.
2.What the answers are for
The answers are study material. They show a clear, structured way to respond to each question, which you can adapt to your own experience. They are not the only correct answer, and interviewers may expect detail that is specific to their company, product or technology stack.
For technical topics, check version-specific details such as syntax, configuration and library behaviour against the official documentation for the version you use.
3.How reader feedback is used
Every question has helpful and not-helpful buttons, and signed-in readers can leave comments. This feedback helps us find answers that are unclear, incomplete or out of date so they can be corrected.
4.Mock interview scores and feedback
In a mock interview, each of your answers is evaluated by an AI model against the role, topic and experience level you selected. You receive a score out of 5 and written feedback with suggestions for improvement.
Scores are guidance to help you practise. They do not predict the outcome of a real interview, and different interviewers weigh answers differently.
5.Votes and view counts
The vote and view counts shown on question pages are real. A view is recorded when a reader opens a question, and votes come from the helpful and not-helpful buttons.
6.Report an error
If you find an answer that is incorrect or misleading, email [email protected] with a link to the question and a short description of the problem. Reports are used to correct the answer.
