Can you share an example of when you successfully managed a high volume of tasks with tight deadlines?

IN MY PREVIOUS WORK AS SUPERVISOR admin AFFAIRS MY TASKS WAS NOT ONLY SUPERVISING ADMIN ASSTS BUT ALSO WORK AS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE Hierarchy. videocon/ meetings are scheduled monthly but there are adhoc meetings that requires on the spot reports at the same coordinating concern heads to convene adhoc meeting. this in addition to my daily tasks. what i did to have it flow accordingly and smoothly was to determine and priorities which is which the most important task to do that was prepare meeting agenda, venue, coordinate with the dept to convene a quorum, prepare meeting package folder, snacks during the meeting and recorder for the minuting. afterwhich, i did whatever was the next priority.
