Candidate's Answer:When I managed a translation team the members came from several time zones. Fortunately none of them were outside of my days working hours. We collaborated on a WhatsApp group, so when ever they need updates or materials I would have everything prepared and ready to go. As soon as each member logged into the group I would send them a Pre written text with instructions/ information and the relevant documents etc. I kept a checklist to ensure everyone had received what they needed. I also kept records of feedback etc for each member.
