I have experience in project management at feelings Organics and micro Dental Laboratories and micro Dental Laboratories and managed team responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns go to market strategies for a new products and my goal was to empower my team to do the best work while ensuring alignment with the company strategy and go up goals and objectives I utilized a collaborative and supportive management style I believe in setting to clear expectations providing regular feedback and Foster environment where team members feel valued and motivated at micro Dental Laboratories we help team meetings to ensure everyone was aligned with objectives provided opportunities for open discussion and idea sharing to understand my team and assigned has more efficiently I conducted a survey to identify strengths tell and talent and areas of Interest this enabled me to tailor my assignments to skill the skills and passions of my team increasing engagement and productivity and use project management tools like monday.com and airtable to assign task and track progress ensuring everyone knew their responsibilities and deadlines we also had have one on one meetings to understand challenges and aspirations and I encouraged to continue learning through sharing industry Trends and best practices at Cleveland's Organics and manage anywhere from two to six interns at a time with over 20 interns during the course of my tenure there in addition to some more senior team members at the winter Galaxy I focus more training and my training and guiding then turns to help develop skills and contribute effectively to marketing we have weekly meetings and one-on-one meetings to review progress discuss challenges and celebrate successes and utilize their table and Trello for task management and progress tracking and utilize slack to communicate officially in both management roles my collaborative and supportive management style has proven successful with high team performance and successful project outcomes
