Candidate's Answer:

Trip to multiple universities for students from multiple programs and utilize funding form state and federal sources

Evaluation:

Your answer touches on a project involving collaboration across multiple departments, which is relevant to the interview question. However, it lacks specific details that would make it more compelling and illustrative of your leadership and project management skills. Here’s an evaluation of your response:

4. Lessons Learned: Including insights or lessons learned from the project would show growth and self-reflection, which are valuable traits in a leadership role.

To improve your answer, consider restructuring it like this: Start with the project's goal, detail the departments involved, explain your role, and highlight the outcomes and lessons learned.

Rating: 2/5. The foundation is there, but it lacks the depth and clarity required to showcase your competencies effectively.
