I've been a leader of a team for over 10 years now I most recently led a team of nine responsible for two trade shows international trade shows with attendance ranging from 20 to 30,000 people and their jobs were dependent on seamless execution so the way that I approach that is by fostering a team mentality by being very transparent about expectations and by modeling the behavior that I expect from others
