Candidate's Answer:The way I approach multiple high priority clients simultaneously is always being organized so the way I like to do this is ensure that I have my own tracker that has all the important pertinent details for every single campaign because it's very common for campaigns to run simultaneously and have multiple deadlines working cross-functionally with different teams so I have my own tracker which has all the important details it has things like timelines Milestones budget campaign duration who are the stakeholders involved and I like to ensure that I keep my tracker updated every day I will also schedule regular check-ins with the client weekly to update on any progress and at the same time I will also set internal check-ins to ensure that everyone is aligned and that the project is moving smoothly so an example of this wherein I was able to do this really well was when I was an account manager over at half millimeter group and there were multiple I was handling the largest client portfolio at the time and there was a period where there was a lot of ongoing deadlines so what I did is I made sure to keep my tracker updated with check in with clients regularly and make sure that nothing fell through the cracks and I was recognized very well for this initiative because there was a lack of headcountering with the team during this time and I was recognized by my work with senior leadership that they even gave me an incentive even though there was no formal program for it so that is an example of how I would manage multiple high priority clients simultaneously

Candidate's Answer:The way that I would prioritize tasks and projects is having my own tracker in order to keep track of all of my complex accounts and I would also utilize crms and make the most of it in order to keep track of really complex accounts so I think I talked about this in my previous example so also I would make sure to gauge each and every project based on its relevancy urgency and business impact and so when it comes to managing multiple priorities I make sure to balance it based on that

Candidate's Answer:The methods that I use to identify potential risk or delays inclined projects I make sure to have a Tracker a Tracker that has all the important details and I treat that as my North Star I make sure that all of the timelines are aligned who the stakeholders are any important details are all on that tracker and also I would set a regular check-ins to check on campaign performance or to check in with a client or to check in with internal teams on the current progress of a client project so by doing all of those things that is how I'm able to identify potential risk for delays by being very timely and always checking in on the progress of the team
