How do you handle conflicts within a team when working on a project? Can you give an example of a time when you had to resolve a conflict?
Candidate's Answer:I like to handle conflicts with all perspectives in mind, In order to make everyone feel comfortable about my decisions. In school I had to manage a poster project, one member did not want to draw so I put him as a researcher and the previous researcher moved to the drawer and liked drawing more then researching.
