When I am reviewing documents or loan packages for accuracy, some of the things I do is I I have a a checklist that I always want to look up use to verify that all the information is updated and accurate. I make sure to take my time to review each document.And clear up make sure that that is the right information that is needed. I double check calculations. I've make sure interest rates are correct and that payment dates are correct to avoid any type of.

Building positive relationships is something that I find myself pretty adept at. I do realize that by being.Open and honest with the customers. Whether it be a dealership or a client of theirs, I find that the honesty is the best policy. If I have a problem, I want to make sure that they're aware of it and what we can do to resolve it by giving them the easiest possible way to help get this situation done. I also don't hesitate.To reach out to the customer to get that same information. The most important thing is letting the dealership and the client know that I am working for them, not against them. That everything that I'm asking for, there's a reason for and it's to help get their loans process the deal will get their funded, the customer to get their loan approved that way.
