Candidate's Answer:I wanted to apply to this position at Acentra Health because I am passionate aboutthe intersection of healthcare and data to help promote stronger healthcare solutions that allow those at greatest risk to receive proper treatment. I got into healthcare becuaese my grandfatehr was struggling from a neurological disease called PSP, and I would search for pattern and ways to alleviate his pain and suffering by reading on forums and trying to consolidate the information to help him. I discovered that the process of searching for patterns and seeking a solution in seemingly random data is what drove me and I discovered that my passion was to do this. Healthcare is very important to me becuase I feel that it is a direct way to improve the lives of others and seeing the results help the public would give me a lot of satisfaction and purpose.
