S - While, I was working for the CDC as a Public Health Associate, I supported their VFC and Adult Vaccine programs
T - My main tasks were to coordinate meetings with CDC program officers, vaccine regional coordinators, and community organizations for collaboration or program updates.
A - To sucessfully do this, I first follow up with email (outlook) on previous correspondence and action plans, and then propose a regular time to meet during the month to be consistent. Once confirmed, I would used Microsoft scheduler to cross-check my team against our stakeholders time to set these meetings.
R -My process in coordinating and planning meetings has resulted in stronger collaboration with our partners: successfully recruiting new coalition members, securing funding for vaccine program, and successfully holding our end of year annual meeting.

S - When I was a jr project manager and admin support for a non-profit organization, I worked across 3 different clients which required different attention and deadlines.
T - I was responsible for recruiting and outreach of advocates, managing social media calendars, and scheduling and preparing meeting materials with stakeholders.
A - In understanding that deadlines were approaching, I did the following. I listed and reviewed my tasks based on importance and urgency. I then assigned a realistic deadline based on the time I have during the day and other commitments I may have. From there, I used time-blocking and dedicated 1-2 hours on fast approaching projects, 5 min breaks, and about 30-45 mins on none urgent activity.
R - Creating this system helped in my weekly routine and ultimately got client deliverables on time. I was successfully able to have a client content calendar set up in advance for the following month which ensured timely posting for their org activities and events.

T - My main responsibility was to set the office hours meetings on teams and prepare google forms surveys each month for feedback. I was tasked at one point however to determine member retention strategies.
A - In doing my research on other state vaccine coalitions, the main strategies I proposed was to establish peer to peer educational sessions, recognition for providers on our newsletters, and employing more training for providers interested in improving their skills in their fields.
R - The peer to peer and awards recognition activities were most successful as providers were awarded at the annual conference for their work in immunizations and the peer to peer educational webinars enacted interest from other members wishing to hold presentations as well.
