The Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics is a strategic leader and organizational change agent, responsible for transforming how data drives decision-making across the enterprise.

This executive role is accountable for the vision, development, and execution of the organization’s business intelligence, analytics, and data infrastructure strategy.

The VP will lead a high-performing team, oversee all data systems and governance, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in identifying insights that fuel business growth, operational efficiency, and fan experience innovation.

This role will drive collaboration across departments including sales, marketing, finance, partnerships, and game day operations—ensuring data is a central asset used to shape strategy, improve performance, and drive customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on data leader and an executive-level influencer with a passion for innovation, cross-functional teamwork, and high-impact storytelling through data.

Primary Responsibilities Lead and evolve the club’s BI strategy , ensuring data-driven insights are embedded into key business decisions and long-term planning across all departments.

Partner with C-level and senior leaders to define and track KPIs, forecast business trends, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Oversee data governance, integrity, and infrastructure —including data warehouse architecture, CRM, and analytics tools—ensuring scalable, secure, and accurate data environments.
