Purpose The Vice President, Enterprise Agile Transformation is accountable for designing, leading, and sustaining the bank’s global Agile operating model across business lines, technology, and shared services.

This executive role drives enterprise-wide cultural and behavioral change, modern delivery practices, and value-based portfolio governance to improve speed-to-market, risk control, and customer outcomes within a highly regulated financial-services environment.

The VP partners closely with senior executives to embed Agile, DevSecOps, and product-centric operating models while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and architectural standards.

Accountabilities Enterprise Agile Strategy & Operating Model Define and maintain a multi-year enterprise Agile transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to corporate strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.

Design, implement, and continuously evolve the enterprise Agile operating model, including value streams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), tribes, chapters, and communities of practice spanning business and technology.

Ensure consistency of Agile principles and ways of working across regions, platforms, and portfolios.

Governance, Portfolio & Value Management Establish and lead enterprise transformation governance, including executive steering forums, decision-right frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
