Operations Manager – Iconic London Event Space Full-Time | Permanent | 5 days over 7 | Central London Salary: £40K - £45K plus bonus We’re working with one of London’s most distinctive and dynamic event destinations, a bold, urban venue renowned for its creative energy and ability to transform from a raw, blank canvas space into an unforgettable backdrop for brand experiences, private events, and cultural showcases.

The venue is entering a new era and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help shape it.

The Role As Operations Manager , you’ll be at the heart of every event, leading on planning, logistics, and on-the-day delivery for a busy calendar of corporate, brand, and private experiences.

From product launches and conferences to immersive celebrations, you’ll ensure every detail runs seamlessly and every client feels supported from concept to close.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on energy, challenge, and collaboration.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations across the space, oversee suppliers and contractors, and act as the key liaison for clients, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing Taking ownership of event operations from handover through to delivery and debrief Overseeing logistics, staffing, and supplier coordination to ensure flawless execution Acting as the main on-site contact during events, providing calm, confident leadership Managing venue maintenance, compliance checks, and ensuring the space is always guest-ready Supporting budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation for events Developing and refining operational processes to drive efficiency and elevate client experience Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, landlords, and internal teams What We’re Looking For You’ll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in event operations , ideally within a large or multi-space venue A strong understanding of venue logistics, H&S, and compliance Proven experience leading teams and coordinating suppliers under pressure An eye for detail, with a focus on proactive planning and clear communication A flexible, hands-on approach and the confidence to make things happen Availability to work evenings and weekends when events demand it Bonus points if you’ve delivered music or cultural events as well as corporate , hold an H&S or First Aid qualification, or have managed bar operations before.
