Description More About the Role: This Test Engineering (TE) opportunity on the U.S.

Navy’s Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) will allow participation on a high-visibility DoD program that provides engineering support to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the largest information technology (IT) network in the world.

This position will provide many opportunities to challenge and grow your skills as a Systems Engineer.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality of our enterprise hardware and software ecosystems.

This role requires a unique blend of hands-on lab management and rigorous software validation.

You will lead the manual testing of monthly Windows image builds while maintaining a physical test lab.

While the role is manual-focused, you will be expected to leverage Python and Robot Framework to automate repetitive tasks and improve lab efficiency.

What You'll Get To Do A successful candidate will be able to apply a basic working knowledge of the following Test Automation Framework tools including Robot Framework, Python, Pycharm, and GitHub.
