The consultant will support customers through their journey, ensuring the realization of technology value and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Deliver Flexera solutions, integrating with surrounding technologies to meet customers' business outcomes.
Ensure timely achievement of customer success through best practice onboarding and adoption strategies.
Provide credible and relevant technical consulting services, including scoping, estimates, and solution designs.
Support delivery team management in setting customer expectations and maintaining ongoing communication.
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders as needed.
