Position Overview : UNIQLO Canada is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to support end-to-end recruitment for our Retail Store and Head Office teams.
This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
In addition to recruitment, this position offers hands-on exposure to broader HR functions, including HR Systems, reporting, policies, and special projects – making it an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to grow into a well-rounded HR professional withing a global organization.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Recruitment & Relationship Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
