TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time, Washington DC or Denver based Strategic Account Manager.

This role requires onsite attendance, with additional flexibility after successful onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, ensuring timely, proactive communication and acting as the trusted advisor and advocate for client needs and experiences.

Nurture and strengthen client relationships by consistently delivering value, addressing evolving business needs, and strategically driving client satisfaction to support strong retention and identify upsell opportunities.

Manage and close renewals for assigned clients.

Identify and qualify upsell opportunities by developing a strong understanding of client needs and workflows, to present strategic solutions and expand Kharon's footprint within client organizations.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of Kharon’s platform, its full range of features, advantages, and services, while cultivating key relationships and monitoring competitive risks.

Conduct regular strategic business reviews with key accounts Act as the principal conduit between clients and Kharon's diverse business divisions, guaranteeing unparalleled service and solutions.
