Job Summary This position is located in the D.C.

Department of Employment Services (DOES), Division of Benefits for the Office of Paid Family Leave (OPFL).

The Department of Employment Services’ (DOES) mission is to connect District residents, job seekers, and employers to opportunities and resources that empower fair, safe, effective working communities.

The mission of the Office of Paid Family Leave is to plan, develop, and administer a paid leave program for the District of Columbia under the provisions of the Universal Paid Leave Amendment Act of 2016 ("Paid Leave Act").

Duties And Responsibilities Conducts fact-finding investigations which involve researching, analyzing, and preparing pertinent data/information incidental to report, statistical studies, special events, and ongoing projects.

Examines and develops a variety of background information for use in presenting factual and statistical data for special projects and/or reports.

Conducts reviews of the operation(s) of the organization and provides suggestions to the supervisor.

Identifies unusual problem areas and makes appropriate recommendations for resolution.
