We are looking for a Senior Storage Administrator to join our global support team.
In this role, you will handle complex technical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and help maintain our security and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex HPE Storage incidents.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
Mentor and coach junior analysts and freshers.
Update and manage the team’s knowledge base.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving tickets within SLA.
What You Bring: Senior-level experience in Data Center Storage , specifically with HPE Storage solutions.
