Description

Serco is seeking a self-starter Senior Manager Compliance to join our talented and fast-paced team supporting millions of people applying for healthcare coverage via the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (Marketplace).

This dynamic position provides implementation management of policy changes and program improvement inovations on the CMS Eligibility Support (ES) Program, which processes eligibility verification for Marketplace coverage and subsidies.

The successful candidate will apply experience from end-to-end change management projects to lead cross functional teams in aligning necessary program changes to meet program goals.

The candidate will also manage policy, internal and external audit, data analytics and research teams to improve program performance, quality, and consumer experience.

As such, the candidate in this role will closely collaborate with Serco leadership, Service Delivery, Operations, IT system teams, and CMS executives.

The candidate in this position ideally brings subject matter expertise in federal health program implementation (particularly the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid and/or CHIP), program improvement and innovations, and project management experience.

Successful candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams working on diverse projects under competing timeframes.

This role will be located in Serco’s Herndon, VA office with option for hybrid telework.
