The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for addressing Human Resources concerns within their respective branch.

This individual will be focused on supporting the human capital element of the business and mitigation of risk to the branch, while also supporting its’ operational efficiencies.

This role is key in supporting the change in HR mindset from a reactive, employee relations only role to a positive, pro-active, collaborative, solution-based team that is an integral part of the business.

The goal is to make the branch management teams better leaders, create better environments and ensure CTDI as an employer of choice.

Pay: $70,000-75,000 + 401(k) + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, prescription) + Paid time off This is an onsite position.
