Database Administrator, you will be joining the Platform Shared Services, Application Operations, Database Administration Team.
You will be responsible for providing production database application support related to Microsoft SQL and Open Source DB build, migration, performance tuning and incident resolutions as well as addressing questions from application owners and developers, working closely with various CIBC Technology groups.
You will also be responsible for day-to-day operational activities for SQL Azure DBs, managing escalations, modify established procedures, approaches to suit specific situations including 24x7 on-call and production support.
