Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking Agile Coach to support our federal client, located in Washington, DC.

This is onsite in DC with no remote option.

We are only considering candidates that currently reside within a 50 mile radius of D.C.

Responsibilities Agile Transformation & Strategy: Lead enterprise Agile transformation efforts, providing strategic guidance to teams and leadership.

Develop and implement a standardized Agile framework and playbooks to drive consistent Agile adoption.

Define and refine Agile governance models, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Collaborate with the Transformation Office Committee (TOC) and subcommittees to advance Agile maturity.

Coaching & Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance Agile competencies.
