Software QA Engineer (Manual Testing) at TEOCO
Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Learning the Telecom data and domain Understanding requirements and participate in testing lifecycles starting from requirement analysis, test cases design, test execution, defect logging, root cause analysis, giving feedback to developers.
Should participate in feature testing, regression testing, service patch sanity testing and responsible for providing highest quality output Test case development and execution for various functionalities of the product.
Analyze and understand the test data and incorporate the knowledge in manual testing Must have skills: Around 3 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, designing, developing and maintaining test cases Experience in tools like JIRA / Bugzilla / any other ALM or Bug tracking tool Should have Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL Knowledge of Defect life cycle, Bug reporting, ALM (Application Life Cycle Management) Good to have skills Any programming language, like Java / Python / JavaScript Automation skill using Selenium or any other automation tool Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Prior work on a Scrum team Education: B.Tech/BE/Masters in CSE/ECE/IT background.
