Position Overview – Lead Software Development Teams and Drive Agile Delivery As a Software Manager at Vidoori, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities – Software Team Leadership, Delivery Management, and Agile Processes Lead, inspire, and support software engineering teams, promoting a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
