Smartsheet Developer / Smartsheet Expert • Location: California (CA) • Employment Type: W2 / C2C / C2H • Experience: 3+ years We are looking for a Smartsheet Developer / Expert with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and manage scalable Smartsheet solutions supporting program and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions (sheets, dashboards, and reports) • Build interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights for stakeholders • Manage programs and portfolios within Smartsheet environments • Develop and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency • Create and manage cross-sheet reports and summaries • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across all Smartsheet assets • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions • Provide ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Smartsheet • Strong expertise in dashboards, reports, and workflow automation • Experience managing multiple projects/programs in Smartsheet • Knowledge of Smartsheet Control Center, Data Shuttle, and integrations (preferred) • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have • Smartsheet Certification(s) • Experience with tools like Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar integrations • Experience in enterprise-level implementations
