Job Title: Service Manager Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days) Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team for a project in Lisbon.

This role involves managing technical operations and projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring service delivery in international projects.

Responsibilities and Tasks: Status reporting and monitoring SLAs.

Client management, meetings, and first point of contact for issue triage.

Coordination of technical teams.

Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.

Requirements Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or technical project management.

Experience with multiple technology solutions (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middleware).
