Senior System Administrator - Yoshien (all Genders) at Sunday Natural
Description
Aufgaben Join our sister company Yoshien as (Senior) System Administrator in Berlin and support local and remote employees by resolving technical issues (L1–L3), managing onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining system availability and security.
You'll improve workflows, document processes, and work hands-on with tools like Adigy, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, and more—all in a modern Apple-based environment.
You'll follow our processes and implement new ones as new workflows to save costs and improve efficiency, with according documentation You are ensuring that our infrastructure are working as expected and fix issues proactively where necessary You are ensuring the systems availability, security and compliance of our internal networks and collaborate with our sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems You'll provide support via our ticketing system and by connecting to devices remotely, or by visiting users, or welcome them at our IT Kiosk, providing support of levels 1 to 3 You will process on/offboardings on both software and hardware sides You'll work with Adigy (MDM tool), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace,, Snipe-IT (Asset management), 1Password, Slack, Atlassian, and more in an Apple environment Profil You have at least 6 years of experience in this domain and deepen your skills through certifications and further education You have good knowledge of macOS, Google Suite, Jira, Slack and password management You are customer oriented and able to provide support with ITIL like methodology with great communication skills You ensure that users are respecting all policies and are in compliance, or act to correct the issues by supporting them or apply compliance rules You have a solution-oriented way of thinking, are working with a technical hands-on mentality and are a teamplayer You are open to work fully from the Berlin office, we don't offer remote work You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus Wir bieten This is a full on-site position An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrients We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year The Urban Sports Club membership and either Swapfiets bike rental or a subsidy for the BVG ticket Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world We like to celebrate each other!
