Reporting to our Supporter Relations Manager, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our amazing supporters – whether that's answering calls, responding to emails, processing donations, or helping improve the way we do things.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between work and our Capital City offices.
What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for supporter questions, feedback, and small escalations.
