Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Functional Architect with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design and drive scalable, high-impact CRM solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategy, process design, data architecture, and cross-cloud integrations.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical expert capable of translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design Define and architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and roadmap planning.
Define and enforce architectural governance standards and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Functional Leadership Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Data, and IT teams to understand functional requirements and convert them into Salesforce features and configurations.
