RDOR) ) provides strategic oversight and professional management of a portfolio of branded luxury residences.

Operating in accordance with Management Agreements and brand standards, the Sr.

RDOR ensures compliance with applicable regulations while upholding the highest levels of operational excellence.

A trusted advisor to Boards, owners, and on-property teams, the Sr.

RDOR brings expert leadership in governance, financial stewardship, and property management, while fostering strong engagement across all stakeholders.

The role also supports development initiatives and new projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning through opening.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education And Experience 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Property Management, or related major; or 6 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, property management , real estate or related professional area.
