Role Summary The Senior Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of client and internal product innovation projects, from concept through commercialization within the Cannabis vertical.

The role ensures cross-functional alignment, manages external partners, and supports the Head of Category in developing revenue-generating product opportunities.

Role Responsibilities Project Leadership and Delivery: Lead product innovation projects from ideation through launch and post-implementation review Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, costs, risks, and resources Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies across regulatory, technical, and supply chain domains Escalates critical issues appropriately and drives resolution through cross-functional alignment Cross Functional Coordination: Coordinates deliverables across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, and Sales (internally and externally) Facilitates structured decision-making and ensure alignment with business priorities Leads ad-hoc cross-functional working groups when required to unblock progress External Partner and Client Management: Manages relationships with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers Supports customer engagements, product requests, and commercialization initiatives Ensures clear communication, expectation management, and timely delivery Product Development & Operations Support: Manages product BOMs, certifications, and development costs Supports testing, compliance, and regulatory documentation activities Supports inventory planning and operational readiness for product launches Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Provides structured project reporting to Senior Leadership Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Support the Head of Category and team on strategic initiatives Requirements Formal Education or Equivalent Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience 5+ years of project management experience Proven track record delivering hardware or SKU-based products from concept to launch Core Competencies Strong problem-solving and structured decision-making Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration Clear, concise, and proactive communication High accountability and ownership mindset Results-driven with strong attention to detail High integrity and professional judgment Specialized Experience (Preferred) Hands-on experience managing the full vape hardware product lifecycle Experience in cannabis and/or nicotine industries and regulatory environments Strong customer-facing relationship management experience Familiarity with extraction processes, formulations, and vape manufacturing Proficiency with project management tools and workflows PMP certification (asset) Benefits Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Comprehensive medical & dental benefits coverage ESOP program Custom built modern workspace in the heart of Liberty Village A highly innovative and enjoyable team culture Greentank is an equal opportunity employer.
