Description
Role: Senior Network Engineer Location: San Mateo, CA (Onsite) Type: Full-time Qualification: CCNA/JNCIA or CCNP/JNCIP Intermediate networking skills.
Ability to troubleshoot intermediate networking issues like interoperability, diagnostics, and configuration.
Working knowledge of major networking hardware.
Deployment and operational experience with service providers, WAN, or large enterprises.
Proficient in routing and switching technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, CDP, LACP, BGP, ISIS/OSPF/EIGRP).
Experience with IPv4/IPv6 and developing network build and troubleshootingscripts (Python, Linux/Unix Shell, JSP, Ruby,Perl).
Proficient in fiber-optic technology.
Experience with field-based work in POPs,metro, Colo, or Enterprise environments.
