Position Overview The Senior Network Engineer designs and delivers wireless, LAN, and WAN solutions for Frontline Managed Services’ customers and leads enterprise connectivity initiatives that implement new technologies, transform existing environments, or integrate networks following customer mergers and acquisitions.
The role requires the business acumen to communicate with customer stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and work closely with Frontline peers and third-party vendors/ISPs to ensure solutions meet security and governance standards and contractual SLAs.
What You’ll Do Customer partnership: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer business and IT leaders, Frontline peers (NOC/Service Desk/Security), and vendors/ISPs.
