The Direct Hire division of Consilio is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for our Am Law 100 client in Washington DC.

The Senior Network Engineer will lead the lifecycle management of a global networking portfolio — architecting, building, and sustaining solutions that deliver a gold-standard experience for attorneys, staff, and clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities Lead lifecycle management of the Firm's global networking portfolio — architecting on-prem and cloud infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless) to ensure stability, security, and scalability Own data center operations, capacity planning, and proactive maintenance, coordinating third-party providers and contractors as needed Partner with Information Security to integrate infrastructure with perimeter defense, monitoring, logging, and IAM solutions Monitor, diagnose, and optimize infrastructure performance; provide Tier 3 support in a 24x7 global environment Serve as infrastructure SME across application project lifecycles, maintaining thorough documentation and staying current on emerging technologies Technical Skills Palo Alto NGFW deployment & administration SD-WAN — Palo Alto preferred Azure networking & hybrid connectivity Zero Trust networking & identity-driven policies Cisco ACI, Catalyst switching & routing BGP and advanced routing protocols Infrastructure monitoring tools ITAR / data privacy compliance awareness Experience: 10+ years as a Network or Senior Network Engineer Ideally from a large law firm, professional services organization, or legal information services provider Proven experience managing system lifecycle for global infrastructure Design experience in global, multi-tenant, hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments Complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis expertise Education & Certifications College degree preferred — Computer Science, Engineering, or related field CCNP or industry-equivalent certification required Consilio, LLC is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
