Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Programs, or People Business Partnerships within high-growth SaaS, tech companies, or design/advertising agencies.
Advanced proficiency in Canva (or equivalent tools).
Background in instructional design, learning & development, and/or visual communication.
Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jive, Slack, Asana, or similar platforms.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Contribute to organizing high-energy town halls, employee events, and communications (e.g., decks, Slack messages, email comms).
Help continuously evolve the internal Connect site (Jive experience would be great).
HR professional with experience in L&D (e.g., creating training material, coaching, organizing mentoring programs).
Create career journey pathways for the organization (career ladders, helping employees navigate career progression and role transitions).
