Description

As Senior Learning Instructor for Clinical Informatics, you will be a pivotal member of our Clinical Informatics & Learning team, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating EHR training programs.

Your expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and healthcare technology will empower our staff to use our EHR and related systems proficiently and efficiently to improve patient safety, care delivery, and patient, family, and staff experience every day.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field is advantageous or relevant experience in learning instruction beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ration i.e.

one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education required.

Master’s or other advanced degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field is advantageous.

(Preferred) Minimum Work Experience Four years of experience of hands-on experience in instructional design, providing on-the-job training, or professional education responsibilities, preferably in a health care or medical environment and seven years technical or professional experience using EHRs and/or related software.

(Required) Required Licenses And Certifications CPLP / CPTD, EHR-specific certification(s) (Cerner/Oracle, Epic) (Preferred) Required Skills/Knowledge Strong expertise in EHR systems and healthcare technology, with a focus on integration into clinical workflows or operations.

Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.
