Ready to shape the future of science and global health? ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a Senior IP & License Enforcement Specialist to work a hybrid schedule in either Gaithersburg, MD or Manassas, VA .
This role is responsible for conducting reviews of licensing files to ensure compliance with regulations and process.
They conduct, document, and provide timely updates on complex enforcement investigations and license-related matters.
They elevate high-level concerns to Senior Management which warrant additional consideration.
The Senior IP & License Enforcement Specialist supports the license enforcement process by reviewing agreements, ensuring enforcement, and investigating and facilitating the execution of Material Transfer Agreements (MTA).
They generally handle problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
IP, patent, or licensing experience and background in life sciences required.
