Description
JOOLA is seeking for an experienced Sr.
Information Technology Support to our Tech Lead US-based IT department.
This role ensures seamless operations, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure across global offices.
The Sr.
IT Operation Specialist will oversee JOOLA’s IT, business systems, cloud services, cybersecurity, device management, and end-user support.
Additional support includes Access control governance for all business systems, Office 365 global integration and security, cybersecurity enforcement across JOOLA’s device ecosystem, reporting and analytics of business and IT systems and IT leadership and support.
You'll be the gatekeeper for our digital infrastructure while managing your team to provide white-glove support to 300+ employees across the world.
This role requires hands-on management of critical systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align IT strategy with business goals.
