Job Overview: The Senior Human Capital Manager plans and manages human resource activities for Canadian offices, Toronto, Montreal and Mississauga, and remote colleagues.

Provides frontline HR support to employees and management and regional support to the HC Operations team as needed.

Advises leadership on solutions to address business needs.
