Dynamis is seeking a Senior-Level Emergency Management Specialist to support the design, development, conduct, and evaluation of discussion- and operations-based exercises for a federal agency.
The EM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the relationship between contractor staff, client personnel, and stakeholders to support exercise planning and reporting; applying knowledge of emergency management preparedness programs and principles and applicable documents; and maintaining the established high-quality level of deliverables and products.
Requirements: U.S.
Citizenship to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
Bachelor's degree.
(MA/MS preferred; minimum of 10 years of experience required with a Masters) 12 years of experience with emergency management and/or exercises, demonstrating: Familiarity with all-hazards emergency management; Experience leading the design, execution, and evaluation of HSEEP-compliant exercises; Excellent writing and communication skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; Proficiency in research, analysis, and creative thinking.
Ability to work independently (demonstrating time management skills) while also functioning in a team environment.
Ability to complete high-quality, detail-oriented deliverables amid competing deadlines.
