CLEAR is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Director, Member Strategy & Retention to establish and drive a high-impact Member Strategy & Retention function.
You will own the end-to-end performance strategy across the Member lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through long-term retention.
This role combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and operational execution to unlock growth and deliver measurable impact across CLEAR’s Membership base.
In this role, you will operate at 10,000 feet as well as 100 feet - working with our Member Insights team to develop a strategy for performance improvement and then driving strategy into an action plan all the way through to execution.
