In 2022, we launched Capital One Software, bringing Slingshot and Databolt to the global B2B market.

We are seeking a Senior Director-level Field CTO to be the face of Databolt.

You are a technically elite practitioner who is equally at home deep in a codebase or center-stage at a global conference.

You will bridge the gap between our innovative product team and the world’s most regulated buying centers—CISOs, Chief Data Officers, and VP Data Engineers—helping them solve the "impossible" paradox: securing sensitive data (PII/PHI) without stifling AI and analytics innovation.

Who You Are The Voice of Data Security: You are a recognized thought leader with a public track record (talks, blogs, open-source contributions).

You don't just explain features; you articulate the paradigm shift in data security.
