Controller New York City About the Role A privately held hospitality and real estate ownership group is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-property portfolio in New York City.

The portfolio includes boutique hotels and a residential rental portfolio of approximately 100 apartments throughout Manhattan.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to ownership.

You’ll run the accounting function end to end, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and provide financial insight that informs both operating performance and asset strategy.

This is not a maintenance role.

You’re stepping into a seat where structure, discipline, and financial visibility matter.
