We’re now looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on Generative AI to help translate cutting-edge GenAI capabilities into real business value across our organization.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology—partnering with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify high-impact GenAI use cases, define requirements, and guide solutions from concept to scale in a complex, regulated environment.

Your responsibilities: Refine requirements: Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements Analyze processes: Optimize banking processes (e.g.

limit changes, complaints handling) for chatbot integration Data thinking: Identify data needs and support data and model design Shape the backlog: Structure and prioritize features for implementation Test & learn: Support testing activities through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Bring stakeholders together: Filter, structure, and consolidate input from diverse business and technical teams What you bring: A degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience with GenAI, NLP, or Machine Learning Solid understanding of data models, interfaces, and user flows Nice to have: Knowledge of banking processes or customer service environments Clear communication skills in German and a strong end-to-end perspective
