We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS).
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
You will work closely with technology analysts, developers and business stakeholders to customize and optimize our Salesforce platform while also contributing to the broader Customer Service Representative, Field Service, and Agent Desktop strategy.
What Youʼll Do Lead the Salesforce development and provide technical direction for the Service Experience VS.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
