Description
This is a CTH role! Our Client is looking for someone with experience in developing and/or managing accessibility programs, who is knowledgeable about current global regulations.
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Accessibility Resource with strong project management capabilities to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization’s accessibility framework for websites and applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within large organizations, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and driving initiatives that promote inclusive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive accessibility framework aligned with industry standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
Lead cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility best practices into website and application development processes.
Manage accessibility projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
Conduct accessibility audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure accessibility compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
