Position Summary The Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager in Advisory oversees outsourced accounting engagements, financial reporting, and consulting projects for a portfolio of clients.

This role provides strategic financial guidance, leads process improvements, and partners directly with client leadership teams to enhance financial operations.

The position requires strong technical accounting skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage staff and multiple advisory projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management Serve as the primary advisor for assigned clients, providing insights on financial performance, accounting best practices, and operational improvements.

Lead discovery sessions to understand client business models, workflow challenges, and strategic goals.

Deliver monthly/quarterly financial review meetings, translating complex financial data into actionable business guidance.

Outsourced Accounting & Financial Operations Oversee GL maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and other operational accounting tasks performed by staff.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes for multiple clients.
