Description
LOCATION : Washington, DC POSITION TYPE : Onsite Summary The Security Specialist supports general administrative control, monitoring, and access management for employees, contractors, detailees, and task force officers to Secret Service facilities in Washington, DC.
This position is responsible for issuing Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, building passes, and credentials.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of security experience.
DHS experience is preferred.
Requirements Minimum of four (4) years of security experience in administrative control and access monitoring.
Experience with the issuance of PIV cards, building passes, and credentials.
Knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and facility security management.
Ability to manage access and monitor the movement of individuals in a secure environment.
